Travel arrangements will be coordinated individually via mars agency and are limited to the official congress period (27–31 January 2027).
Your business trip will be individually coordinated with Merz Aesthetics GmbH. For compliance reasons, costs and arrangements for accompanying persons cannot be covered. Participation of accompanying persons in networking activities and hosted dinners is not permitted.
According to the therapeutic law Art. 55, Merz Pharma (Schweiz) AG invoices at least one third of the costs related to your participation at the event. These costs shall not exceed 1500 CHF.

Ideally located in the heart of Paris, the hotel offers convenient access to both the IMCAS World Congress venue and key transportation hubs across the city.
Your room including breakfast and city tax is fully covered by Merz Aesthetics (27–30 January 2027). We kindly ask you to pay for additional add-ons (e.g. minibar) upon check-out.
Arrival at the airport: Please look out for a person carrying a DACH Merz Aesthetics sign in the arrival hall.
Arrival at the train station: Please look out for a person carrying a DACH Merz Aesthetics sign at the end of the platform.
Departure: You will be picked up from the hotel before departure.
Transfer information between the hotel and the Palais des Congrès will be communicated at a later stage.
